This is my interpretation of one of the greatest Games of all times, and a favourite of mine.
I was a young kid when I first played The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of time, and it definitely increased my already rampant interest on Fantasy. When I learned it was somewhat based on the film Legend, with Tom Cruise, which was another favourite of mine, It really became one of my most beloved franchises ever.
I present here my take on the subject, a down-to earth, low-fantasy (or call it Sword and Sorcery if you may) with a medieval twist and a gritty flavour.
One of the things that always felt odd to me when playing the games was the amount of stuff Link will carry, even though not a single bag was anywhere to be seen. It is silly to dig into such details, all considered, but it is nonetheless a good starting point for some concept-art to be based on. What if link was bound to real world physics and limitations? What sort of equipment a dungeoneer would need, and how would he carry it?
